I am grateful for my Dr's appointment with 'witch doctor' Alternative Medicine Physician Dr Marc Schwartz. I am not grateful for the news he gave me. He thinks my lifelong digestion issues/stomach problems are as a result of the fact that I'm allergic to most foods. Here's the list he game me.
Wait for it: wheat, oats, barley, cow dairy, goat's dairy, eggs, cocoa, soy, peanuts, paprika black pepper chili and vinegar. He has me eliminating all those foods from my diet, for now, and taking a BUNCH of supplements. Here's hoping I feel better soon...
SUPER grateful for my dinner with the 'Calling In' crew at a cute BYO, Sonata, in Northern Liberties. Had the most chocolatey dessert I could find. It should probably have been called 'Death by Chocolate'. Had it in defiance to my doctor's orders and loved every bite :)
